Store Regulations

§ 1. General provisions

These regulations define the rules for making purchases in the online store operated by the Seller at www.craftandlove.com .
The seller is the company " Craft and Love stationery from Tetiana Kolomiiets" with its registered office at ul. Jana Kilińskiego 1, 80-452 Gdańsk, NIP: 6751783307, REGON: 525496078.
In all matters related to the purchase of products offered via the Online Store, the Customer may contact the Seller by mail to the following address: Craft and Love, ul. Jana Kilińskiego 1/32, 80-452 Gdańsk , Poland , or by e-mail to: support@craftandlove.com.

§ 2. Purchasing procedure

"Stationery Store Purchase Procedure" Craft and Love stationery from Tetiana Kolomiiets" in the online store includes the following steps:
a) Product Selection: The Customer selects the product of interest by browsing the offer available in the Online Store.
b) Adding to cart: After selecting a product, the Customer adds it to the cart, at the same time specifying the number of pieces.
c) Placing an order: After adding all products to the cart, the Customer starts the ordering process. During this process, the Customer provides the necessary contact details and delivery address.
d) Selecting the method of payment and delivery: The customer selects the preferred method of payment and delivery of the order from the available options.

e) Order confirmation: At the last stage, the Customer has the opportunity to verify the order and confirm the accuracy of the data provided.
f) Payment: The customer pays for the order according to the chosen payment method.
g) Order confirmation: After making the payment, the Customer receives an order confirmation to the provided e-mail address.

§ 3. Price list and placing orders

  • All prices listed in the Online Store are gross prices expressed in Polish zloty (PLN). The prices displayed do not include shipping costs.
  • Orders are accepted through the Online Store or by email. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round.
  • The order is deemed to have been placed when the Order form is correctly completed and the Customer provides accurate contact details, including the exact shipping address, telephone number and e-mail address.
  • If the information provided is incomplete, the Seller will attempt to contact the Customer. If contact with the Customer is not possible, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the Order.
  • When placing an order, the customer may agree to receive a VAT invoice. The VAT invoice can be attached to the shipment or sent electronically to the provided e-mail address.
  • When placing an Order, the Customer must consent to the placement of his/her personal data in the Online Store's database in order to complete the Order. The Customer has the right to access the provided personal data at any time, to request its correction, and also to request its removal.
  • The Customer may decide to have his/her personal data saved by the Online Store system in order to facilitate the process of placing future Orders.
  • After placing the order, the Customer will receive an automatic response to the provided email address confirming receipt of the Order by the Online Store. From that moment on, no changes can be made to the Order.
  • Order processing time is counted from the moment of receiving payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed and not paid within 7 days will be canceled.

§4. Order processing time

Order processing time is 1-3 days from receipt of payment plus delivery time. More information on delivery times and zones can be found on our " Delivery " page.

§ 5. Right of withdrawal

A customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the law has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods. Refund will be initiated once the returned merchandise has been received and the return has been approved after assessing the condition of the returned product.

Returns period:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Returns or exchanges are accepted for all products except the items listed in section 3 (Non-Returnable Products).

Non-returnable products:
  • Personalised or made to order products.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Digitally downloaded products.
Product condition:
The product must be in the same condition you received it. Used products will not be eligible for return. Specific conditions for different types of products include:
  • Stickers: Stickers must fit snugly onto the protective layer, with no visible signs of use of the product.
  • Tapes: Tapes must be in sealed packaging from the manufacturer.
  • Paper Products: Paper products must be dry and free of cuts or damage.
Return process:
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.
To request a return or exchange, please follow the steps below.

Step 1.
Send an email to our customer service department at support@craftandlove with the following information:
Place your order number in the Subject field of the email.
  • Email content: "I, [Your Name], would like to return/exchange the product [Name of the product that I would like to return] in the quantity of [number of items to be returned/exchanged]."
  • Describe the reason for the return.
  • Attach a photo of the packaging/product (in case of damage).
  • Attach e-receipt to email.

Step 2.
Our customer service team will provide further instructions and, if necessary, issue a return authorization. Carefully package the item and send it to the return address provided by our customer service team or to st. Jana Kilińskiego 1/32, 80-452 Gdansk , Poland ,
Approval and return:

The store reserves the right to approve or deny a return after assessing the condition of the returned product. The return will be initiated after receiving the returned items. The customer will receive a refund to their bank account, which they will transfer to customer service after receiving confirmation of the return.

Unclaimed shipments:
If a customer has not received their parcel for any reason, they must contact our store to provide details of how to proceed before the delivery service returns it to us.
Damaged shipments:
If the package is damaged upon receipt, please send an email to our customer service at support@craftandlove with a photo of the damaged package attached. Once the special case is confirmed, we will replace the product with a new one, and the damaged item should be sent back to us. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
Orders for multiple items:
If you purchased multiple items in one order, you can return each item separately within the returns period.
Please note that the returns policy is subject to change without notice.

§ 6. Complaints

Any complaints should be sent to the email address support@craftandlove.com . A detailed review of a complaint may take up to 10 business days. The response will be sent to the same email address from which the complaint was sent.


§ 7. Changes to the Regulations

You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website regularly for any changes. Your continued use of our website or access to our services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.


§ 8. Final provisions

The Regulations enter into force upon publication on the Online Store website. The Seller reserves the right to change these regulations at any time, however, such changes will not affect agreements already concluded with Customers. The current version of the regulations is always available on the Online Store website. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
The regulations are effective from 7 September 2023.
